Will property damage claims affect my injury claim?

Although property damage claims and bodily injury claims often arise from the same collision, they are generally evaluated separately. Resolving vehicle repairs or replacement does not automatically resolve the injury portion of a case. Because injuries sometimes require months of treatment, the personal injury claim may continue after the property damage portion has been completed.
