Casey Simmons is an Associate Attorney in our Personal Injury Department. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Virginia Wesleyan College and her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law.
Casey brings a strong academic foundation, a disciplined work ethic, and a thoughtful approach to client service. She is committed to advocacy, professionalism, and serving clients with clear communication, careful preparation, and genuine compassion. Casey is proud to be part of a firm that values strong advocacy and meaningful client relationships.
Outside of the office, Casey enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She also has a special interest in collecting and studying geological specimens and crystals. The oldest of four siblings, Casey is a proud aunt to her nephew and niece. At home, she enjoys the company of her golden retriever and four rescue cats.
