Wilmington, North Carolina (August 8, 2026) – A Carolina Beach woman was arrested and charged following a fatal crash outside a Wilmington bar, according to police and local reports.
The crash occurred near Satellite Bar and Lounge in Wilmington’s South Front area shortly after midnight.
According to police, a vehicle struck a person who was standing near the edge of a parking lot along Greenfield Street. The vehicle continued forward after the initial impact and struck additional property near the bar.
