Fayetteville, North Carolina (June 17, 2026) – According to the Fayetteville Police Department, a motorcyclist died Wednesday night after a pickup truck turned into his path on King Road.
Officers responded to the crash shortly before 9:15 p.m. at the intersection of King Road and Windfall Lane in Fayetteville. Investigators said a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado made a left turn and collided with a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries, according to police.
