Fayetteville, North Carolina (June 18, 2026) – According to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, a driver involved in a deadly crash that killed a two-year-old child last week is facing a misdemeanor charge, court records show.
According to authorities, a two-year-old and a four-year-old were in a small toy vehicle being pulled by their parents when they were struck by a motor vehicle in the 4000 block of Mena Drive near Fayetteville just before noon on April 23.
